Sense basic exercise involves physical activity which increases heart rate, sweating, etc..this triggers panic attacks feelings. i avoid getting to excited or physically strained due to feeling the start of having full blown panic attack?

Panic Attacks: Have you had cognitive behavioral therapy to work with your anxiety / panic attacks? If not, would encourage that. Life would be much more freer if your body/ brain didn't interpret the physiologic responses to physical activity/ excitement as the start of a panic attack.
