A member asked:

To clarify, i can get erections and maintain them. but i've noticed that the base at the top of the penis feels weaker than what it used to feel like. if it did get weaker, what led to that and is there a way to strengthen it? is it a big deal?

Unless you lost a lot of weight, your penis is still strong. Feeling weaker but still being able to perform without any complaints, means your good to go, stop worrying and practice safe sex.

If you can have a satisfactory erection and sex then probably there is nothing wrong, self evaluation such as yours are subjective and often erroneous. So no worries. But if you are still worried pl get checked by a Urologist
