Needs a doctor: I am uncertain as to what the vein like lumps on the sides of the penis other than veins perhaps clotted. The fact that you are an 18Y.O. Male and can't hold an erection is alarming for serious medical issues. The possibility that you have clots in the veins of your penis make me wonder where else you coluld have them and what is the underlying disorder causing clotting and erectile dysfunction.
