Recently i have noticed 3 more noticeable veins in my right eye (far left, towards nose, i have to look the right direction to notice them). the air quality where i live has also been bad recently. is this anything to worry about or just stress?

Stress does not cause this. Pl get checked by your doc or an Ophthalmologist.

Risk factors for noticeable veins could be from, allergies, sun exposure, glaucoma ,colds, eye strain and conjunctivitis. All can contribute to your eye problem. Poor air quality is bad for your lungs and breathing, but some particles in air could cause eye problems if you are outside for many hours. Best be examined by a ophthalmologist for a proper diagnosis.
