COULD BE...: Headaches can have many causes, and stress is one. But the facts you gave are not enough to decide the cause. For instance, is this a repeat of the past, when does the headache occur, is there muscle tension or other sym[ptoms? This really needs a history and examination, and it might be a good idea to get checked out.
