Hi what are the implications of the colours seen on ultrasound adnexal scan? ie is blue solid mass with good blue flow? is red more worrying than white? thanks?

No distant source like this can evaluate your ultrasound without actually seeing the image. The color codes don't necessarily indicate severity of anything. When reviewing imaging or pathology reports, people should generally pay attention only to the conclusion or diagnosis statement at the end of the report.
