If all your STD tests are negative, it proves no STD is the cause of your symptoms. Research has proved that the only male urinary tract symptoms of STD are discharge from the penis and sometimes painful urination. Frequent urination, urgency, slow flow, or pain or discomfort in the lower abdomen or testicles almost never are caused by STD but by prostatitis and similar problems. Good luck.
