Localizing an infection in the male genital tract is tricky and can be difficult. Specimens from both sources might be necessary, as well as both initial and midstream urine. Differences in the quantity of bacteria at each site can help determine the primary site of infection. This problem needs in-person care by a urologist. Good luck.

Semen culture includes sperms , prostate and glands lining the lower genito- urinary tract. Prostatic massage -the secretions of the prostate and the lining of the lower tract.
