False positives -- indicating contamination of the specimen -- is far more common than false negative culture. Probably you have no infection in your semen. But check back with the doctor you are seeing.

First culture got contaminated or you got treated before second culture or second culture was wrong. your symptoms indicate infection pl see a Urologist. Hope you do well
