To my knowledge, chronic active hepatitis C or hepatitis A infection is not considered a risk factor for coronary heart disease and vice versa. Indirectly, patients with chronic liver disease could be prone to have dyslipidemia which is in fact a risk factor for CAD. Take care.

These conditions ( hepatitis C or A and coronary artery disease) can coexist, however they are not believed to be related.
