A member asked:

If you were looking at a patient with elevates wbc for 3+ years low mchc, positive ana and ana titer and hugh lactate dehydrogenase, what would the expected diagnosis be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

There really isn't enough information here to give you a differential diagnosis. Elevated LDH is seen in various disorders including hematological pathology. High wbc can occur with lupus. I assume you've been evaluated by a rheumatologist. Perhaps consulting a hematologist would be worthwhile in view of your persistently elevated wbc.
