My kids water table was upside down and dirty rainwater with dead bugs and dirt/grimw as stuck to the sides. so i power washed it, and the dirty grime water shot up in my face, in my eyes and on my lips i nose. will i get sick? and with what? worry?

As long as you didn't swallow anything or have any open wounds, than you should be fine. Just watch for any unusual symptoms.
