DayQuil is non-sedating, so yes, it is ok to take hydroxyzine at night after taking DayQuil in the morning. You should never take 2 sedating meds at the same time as this could cause respiratory depression that can lead to respiratory arrest and death if you are too sedated to wake up and breathe.
