If you are no longer drowsy, then it should be ok as long as you don’t also take another tramadol dose at the same time. These medicines can all cause sedation and respiratory depression so they should not be combined. As long as you metabolize the medication normally, 13 hours should be enough time to no longer have the effect of the tramadol. Good luck!
