I got my nexplanon removed and re inserted on friday, its now sunday and i went swimming and my steri strips came off, can i put antibiotic ointment and a bandaid ?

If there is no bleeding, then yes, antibiotic ointment and a bandaid should be fine. Change the dressing daily and as needed for bleeding or soilage. If it gets red, warm and/or you see pus, then you should call your doctor to have it evaluated. Good luck!
