Nexplanon ?"'s: Nexplanon is a progestin insert, and while it may have irregular effects on the regularity of menstruation, it will still be effective as a contraceptive agent. Whenever menstrual type bleeding occurs, pain may accompany it. If the bleeding continues, see your gyn physician for an exam.
