I woke up with missing septum piercing ball screw, i fear it went inside my nose. after a while my eyes turned red and swelled up and i feel that there's something inside my eyes. i went to a doctor but she says it's an eye infection?

Did the doctor look inside your nose to see if the foreign body is there? Perhaps, you should see an ear, nose and throat doctor ASAP so that they can use a small scope to look inside your nose for the foreign body. Good luck!
