The symptoms suggest more going on between your ears over the issue than in the rest of your body. Sex is wonderful if shared equally, never given or taken. Find someone to confide in about your stress. You don't need to relate what is causing your stress , but you need to find a way to relax and process the encounter. Over time the symptoms may point to a real problem, but its too vague for now.
