Hi i had a exposure to oral std tested neg 4std 4th gen 7 weeks and hiv rapid 4 month and aslo my girlfriend tested neg 2 time after being with me 1 year but i still have throat issues and white coating on tounge is there any chances that its missed?

No, there is no possibility the tests missed HIV. Google "white coated tongue" to see all the many possible causes, all much more common than HIV.
