Trouble with memory: Alzheimer's disease by definition is a problem with memory as well as another cognitive function such as executive functioning (planning out tasks). There is usually a component of impaired function. The biggest risk factor is age; if you are concerned about yourself, the odds of an 18 Y.O. With alzheimer's is extremely low. Most ad patients don't believe anything is wrong with their memory.
