I do not see any relationship between the event 3 weeks ago and the finding of ants on the same panty which was already washed weeks ago. If you have vaginal itching along with white, cheesy discharge then you may have yeast infection. Without discharge or other symptom, then you just observe with daily routine hygiene. Good luck.
