Im having pains in my right ear sharp achy shooting pains been having them two days cant get any relife out of it just wondering what it might be and what i can do at home for it? its like its clogged up and i can not hear out of it and has purser?

You should see a doctor to have this evaluated. You may have an infection of the outer ear canal, called otitis externa. This would need either antibiotic ear drops or antibiotics you take by mouth, sometimes both. The fact that you have hearing loss from it means you need to be seen. If it impacted ear wax, this can be treated as well. You may need ear, nose and throat doctor. Good luck!
