Sounds good: Sounds like a good plan. Weight training 3-5 times / week is plenty, depending on if you split it into groups on specific days. If all one combined routine, then 3 days / week sufficient. Cardio can be every day if desired and not too much -- careful not to overtrain. Good Luck.
