I have a nipping pain coming from a small rollable lump in my lower abdominal /pelvis. i can only feel it when i tense my lower abs, it seems to be like a band shape and can roll under my fingers. is this concerning? clear ct scan and ultrasound?

Most likely a lipoma. Usually have others on body which good Dr may be able to feel as well.
