The generalized itching could be an allergic reaction, but tingling & numbness of one hand all night doesn't sound like an allergic reaction. Positional nerve impingement while sleeping and/or carpal tunnel syndrome is more likely. Take antihistamines to relieve itching. See your MD or a hand specialist if recurrent tingling & numbness is experienced.
