The blood pressure reading you have mentioned is really not low. Are you having symptoms like lightheadedness and dizziness? What is your heart rate? You should call the doctor who is prescribing the medicine and go over your blood pressure readings to determine if decreasing the dose is warranted, based on your symptoms, BP readings and heart rate.
