I have a test result showing (a hvs wet prep ) wbc of 8-10 hpf ,yeast (+) ,epith cells (++) and a culture that yielded c-albican and coli specie. please what could be the possible vaginal infection ?

If you're having symptoms (primarily vaginal itching and irritation, perhaps discharge), these results suggest a yeast infection. If so, or if uncertain, discuss treatment with your doctor. She might suggest one of the many over-the-counter treatments with active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconozole, terconazole, etc) or single dose oral fluconazole (Diflucan®). Good luck.
