I was riding a scooter and hit a bump on the gravel road and fell,ending up with flesh wounds on the inside of my hand,(to catch myself).i see a piece of dirt or tiny rock trapped under skin,will it push itself out or should i use tweezers to get it?

Removing the foreign body will be best, if superficial, as it will speed up healing. Wound(s) should be followed tightly (dressed/covered) if involving active hand’ s surfaces as superficial infections remain possible.
