Not connected: I can't think of any reason why flesh colored lesions around your wrist should be connected to you dizzy spells. There's so many potential causes for those dizzy spells from inner ear disturbance to nutrition and hydration status that you need to look elsewhere for the cause of your dizziness.

See Your Doctor: 17 yrs has "bumps" on wrist & "dizzy". No other details given. There are many causes for rash and a visual inspection is required to diagnose in most cases. The dizziness you describe is likely not related to the rash however many more details and an examination are needed. Feeling dizzy is very concerning and diagnosis can be challenging. See your doctor now for correct diagnosis and treatment.

Likely unrelated: If these are skin colored and not itchy, may not be an acute reaction or skin dermatitis. Have your doctor take a look. Difficult to say without seeing them. The dizziness may not be related to the bumps. Different causes of dizziness, (spinning/vertigo often positional, low blood pressure, dehydration, neuro causes etc). Make appt, adequate water hydration, balanced diet in the meantime.
