Hi i have tested on july 3 syphilis and hiv, syphilis test came back neg but hiv test still in pending its been 6 days today i am nervous why they are not posting yet, i have an appoit on tue and also i already test neg hiv 4th gen after 45 days?

A longer than usual interval to test result almost never is because of a positive result. With the negative result you already have, your repeat test cannot be positive, assuming you have not had another more recent exposure. Don't worry about it.
