Yellow tongue in AM: It may be a sign of mild dehydration that happens overnight while you're asleep. As long as you feel well, there probably isn't anything to worry about. Just drink some water in the morning and see if that helps. But don't drink too much water before bed or you'll be up to the bathroom during the night. If you smoke, that can make the tongue look yellow (best to stop smoking, for many reasons).
