I have a inner ear infection from old ear wax that has gotten behind my ear drum , er won't help,haw can i get the old ear wax out?

Ear wax accumulates where it is made in the outer canal. It never enters the middle ear space unless you have no ear drum to block it. I would encourage you to see your regular doc or an ENT to sort out any ear issues you have. The ER is where you go to decide if you need to be admitted for a serious problem.
