There appears to be no reason to think this is unsafe, but as with a great many things there is insufficient information to be absolutely certain. Regarding the yeast infection, the diagnosis should be confirmed and treatment discussed with your obstetrician. While the probiotic may arguably be useful over the longer term, it is highly unlikely to provide immediate relief for a true infection.
