I go months at a time without a period. i'm not sexually active at all. gynecologist did tests with no results. i am 275 lbs at 5'9". i take meds including: olanzapine, clonidine, adderall, venlafaxine, doxepin, and buspirone. what do i do from here?

Hard to say why you are having amenorrhea. May be related to numerous medications. Weight loss may be helpful. Would discuss comprehensive program with your PCP and gynecologist.
