Doxepin and adderal: It is not a safe combination.Use of tricyclic antidepressant like Doxepin and drugs like adderal may produce cardiovascular side effects like risk of hypertension, cardiac arrythmias, tachycardia and fever.Also as these are metabolised by cyp4502d6, increase plasma level of one or both drugs may occur.
