Not at this current time and I am not a fan with metformin treatment for pre-diabetic state unless you have PCOS. If the goal of treating diabetes mellitus is keeping HbA1c below 7% then why you need to take medication when your HbA1c is between 5.7 - 6.4%. Exercise and low calorie diet are the keys and try your best to keep BMI less than 30 if you are obese or less than 25 if you are overweight.
