Why am i feeling a non painful tightness on the right side of my chest when taking my adderall xr?

Chest tightness is a rather nonspecific symptom. A rib cage origin rather than cardiac or lung pathology is.most likely. Any rib cage strain or tender spots? Stress and/or tension can cause chest tightness. I doubt that adderall is a direct cause of your symptom. See your physician for evaluation if recurrent chest tightness continues.
