I take 20mg of adderall xr for adhd. for some reason i feel as if my 10 and 15 mg doses of xr worked better. 20mg feels too strong and makes my head feel tight. is this normal for lower doses to work better? i have inattentive type adhd?

There are interpersonal differences in response to stimulant, e.g., Adderall XR. If 10mg has been working well for you, you may stay at the same dose for a while.
