I have chest pain after adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) what should i do?

See an MD: See a doctor for a heart work up. An ekg will be needed to rule out a heart attach. Blood work will also be done. The dose of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) may need to be adjusted.
