I use to take paxil as needed before sex for pe and it worked well 60 mg . a few months ago i was put on lexapro 10 mg per day for anxiety ,it is working very well for my anxiety but it does nothing to help my pe . can i take the paxil before sex ?

I know that it's not recommended to take 2 SSRIs together for fear of untoward reactions. Before taking paxil only as needed while you're on lexapro, I recommend consulting a pharmacologist or your pharmacist who may have information on this topic. I doubt most clinicians& urologists have experience with this combination for preventing premature ejaculation.
