Is a bunch of white lumps inside the vaginal opening cancer? i noticed this yesterday?

That's really, really unlikely, and a diagnosis of cancer cannot be made on appearance alone. This may be something completely normal, but you need to have an examination and if there is then any suspicion a biopsy will be required.
