Genital lump: A doctor needs to evaluate where exactly the lump is you are talking about. A genital disease such as cancer would be very unlikely at your age. Cysts or lymph nodes would more commonly explain lumps in the genitals at your age.

Less likely: Without check up it is really hard to say with certainty but if it's there for a while n not growing n isolated then chances of it being cancerous is less. Also irregular periods could be ur baseline. Better to get checked to be safe.

Not likely: At your age it is very unusual to have vulvar cancer. It most likely could be a cyst. You need to see a doctor to evaluate the lump.
