I do not think so. Gluten free diet is the diet for people with gluten induced enteropathy (celiac disease) and it has nothing to do with gastroparesis although nausea/vomit/bloating can be symptoms of celiac disease and those symptoms may resemble symptoms of gastroparesis. Take care.

There is no such legitimate diet, and suspect you found this from Dr. Google. Gluten-free diets are appropriate for those who suffer from Celiac Disease. Gastroparesis may occur with migraine and specific stomach conditions. See a doctor and get diagnosed properly.
