How much fat should my gastroparesis diet include?

No set parameters: Consume a low-fat diet (without nondigestible fiber like fruits) and frequent, small meals. As minimal amount of fat as possible. Fat and fiber diet delays stomachs ability to empty fast.

10% of total calorie: Since fat contributes to delayed stomach emptying, i would limit your total dietary calories from fat to not more than 10% of the diet. 3% of those calories need to come from essential fatty acids, so you dont have a essential fatty acid deficiency. You need efa to absorb vitamins a, d, e and k- the fat soluble vitamins.
