These injuries will only be exacerbated and healing will be delayed if you continue to have intercourse. You may need to have a gynecologist look at it but it may take 4 to 6 weeks for full healing. Keep the area clean and wear loose clothes. A&D ointment will not help it and may actually traumatize it further.
