Your TSAT is high (55%) but ferritin is less than 200 ng/mL so you DO NOT have iron overload or hemochromatosis (TSAT above 45% and ferritin above 200 ng/mL). I assume you are not taking iron supplement or eating foods/vegetable high in iron. If you do, just stop those. Whatever, I prefer a repeat TSAT and ferritin in 3 months just to be safe. Good luck.
