Hi, iron-217mcg, uibc-181mcg, iron sat-55%, ibct-398mcg, transferrin-325mg, ferritin-127ng/ml, hemoglobin-13.6g/dl, hematocrit-40.4 %. had h.pylori & iron was 55 at time,since i got cleared it keeps going up, is my iron too high, do i need to worry?

No. Your serum iron level is above normal (normal level 65-175) but not in toxic level (above 350 mcg/dl).

Your TSAT is high (55%) but ferritin is less than 200 ng/mL so you DO NOT have iron overload or hemochromatosis (TSAT above 45% and ferritin above 200 ng/mL). I assume you are not taking iron supplement or eating foods/vegetable high in iron. If you do, just stop those. Whatever, I prefer a repeat TSAT and ferritin in 3 months just to be safe. Good luck.
