Light headed, persistent dry cough, no fever. started to manifest after relapsing and vaping after month of sobriety after 7 years of vape. never had this before. is this likely lung irritation or something more serious?

I would attribute a dry,hacking cough to be from tracheal irritation from vaping. Persistent coughing may produce some lightheadedness. Hopefully symptoms will resolve upon discontinuing vaping. If symptoms persist have a physician perform a physical examination. A chest X-Ray may be recommended depending upon your exam findings.
