The blood could be coming from the urethra which would have been traumatized by your pinching or from the urinary bladder. If blood is seen at the beginning of the urinary stream, it's most likely from the urethra. If.in the middle of the urinary stream, it's most likely from the bladder. Drink lots of water. If bleeding persists or there's difficulty urinating, proceed to the hospital ER for care

Ues this can happen by overstretching of the lining of the passageway. It will gradually get better . Pl dont try this again
