It is likely that you remain capable of fathering children if you have done so in the past. However, this does not rule out the effect of life exposures in the later years changing that possibility. The average delay in a desired pregnancy is 6 mo with a range from weeks to a year. After that point, both would benefit from a fertility evaluation.

If you are in good health and have a viable sperm count, you can impregnate a women in your 60-70 decades. Lately in the news AL PACINO at 83 became a father. Sperm and testosterone levels decrease with age but healthy life style and exercise keep levels from decreasing. Just be careful and practice safe sex.
