So on my big toe nails, and nowhere else, i have horizontal ridges about 3/4 the way up the nail. they are very very minor indents and you can hardly see them only very mildly feel them. can this be normal nail anatomy or are these likely beau lines?

There is nothing to be concerned about. Your big toes experienced some type of micro trauma those causing a disruption to the matrix or root cells. The clear area proximally means the trauma has now been stopped. Nothing to be concerned with. The nail will slowly grow out
